-5: Do Not Build Higher Than The Center Piece, You Can Go As Low As You Want.

-6: Absolutly No Griefing Or Stealing, Punishable By Jail Or Ban.

-7: Do Not Beg For Assistant, You Just Will Be Ignored.

-8: Do Not Try And Pass Others Creations As Your Own, You Will Fail.

Following These Rules Is Easy To Do An Makes Babylon More Plesent. Failiure To Do So Invokes 3 Stages.

Stage 1 - Warning And $50 Fine.

Stage 2 - House Is Put On Hold (Build Right Removed) And You Are Given A Jail Until You Pay The $150 Fine.

Stage 3 - Banned From Town (Game If Crime Was Of A Certain Level).
